I'm hiring a CoS to continue building the future of how most startups will be started: solo.

Most people still think solo founding is a bad idea.

We think the opposite, that it's becoming the default way great companies get started.

So we're building the institution for it: the community, the capital, the support system, the software and infrastructure, all of it.

We're going to go from working with dozens of solo founders a year to hundreds. The model works. Supermemory went from a side project to a real product and company because of SFP, and another founder grew ARR 28x while in it.

My own time is now the single biggest constraint on how many more founders we can help, and this role exists to take that constraint off.

I'm looking for a rare mix of three things: deeply organized, genuinely able to build, and great with people. Most people have one of those. I want all three.

It's full-time and in person in San Francisco. We're talking with people right now, so don't sit on it.

I wrote the whole thing out, more openly than a job post usually gets. Give it a read:

Solo, together.

Julian
