Almost everything around you was made by someone who cared about something more than almost anyone else. A passion project. And for a huge number of people, the only thing standing between them and their first version of that is a few hundred dollars.
We think that gap should not exist. So today we're launching Solo Grants: up to $1,000 for people building ambitious projects solo. No strings attached.
We've been making small grants like this for years. Past grantees have gone on to discover new viruses, deploy wildfire prediction systems, and raise $10M to bring ML to chip design.
